1. Turn on the power switch, engage forward gear, and gently apply throttle to move forward.
2. Upon reaching the destination, lift the unloading handle to complete unloading.
3. Shift to reverse gear, apply throttle, and return to the designated position.
4. Strictly avoid overloading during operation.
5. When riding with the hopper loaded, ensure the hopper contains cargo. Riding with an empty hopper may cause tire slippage.
6. Monitor battery level constantly. Recharge promptly when below 30% to extend battery lifespan.
Maintenance and Operation Manual
To prevent injury to yourself and others, strictly adhere to the following safety instructions:
Maintenance and inspections shall be performed in accordance with the following provisions:
1. The maintenance, lubrication, and inspection schedule for the 04DUMPER vehicle must be strictly followed.
2. Before leaving the 04DUMPER vehicle, perform the following actions:.
● Do not park on slopes..
● Engage the electric lock..
● Disconnect the power supply for extended parking periods.
3. Before operation:.
● Load capacity must not exceed 400kg..
● Climbing slope must not exceed 10 degrees..
● Operator must be in the designated operating position..
● Control lever must be in neutral position..
● Verify normal functioning of speed control, steering, and braking systems before operation.
4. Braking, steering, control, and safety devices must undergo regular inspection and maintenance to ensure optimal condition.
5. The electrical system should be inspected periodically based on usage conditions.
Battery Maintenance Precautions
1. When operating an electric vehicle, it is best to recharge the battery after it has been used up to approximately 70% of its capacity. Avoid waiting until the battery is completely depleted before recharging. If the battery does become fully discharged, turn off the power immediately. Do not attempt to use the battery's “voltage recovery” function to force the vehicle to continue running, as this may cause “over-discharge” and shorten the battery's lifespan. (For 48V electric assist bikes, the minimum battery protection voltage is 46V)
2. When storing an electric vehicle long-term, fully charge the battery beforehand. Never store it in a discharged state for extended periods.
3. If charging exceeds 10 hours without the charger indicator switching or the battery overheats, immediately stop charging and contact battery after-sales service. Never continue charging if the charger indicator fails to switch.
4. Battery capacity is rated at 25°C ambient temperature. Capacity decreases by 1% for every 1°C drop in temperature. Account for ambient temperature effects during use.
5. Avoid using the battery in environments below -10°C (-14°F).
6. Batteries are consumable items. After repeated charge-discharge cycles, capacity will gradually decrease, reducing the electric vehicle's range. This is normal. However, if capacity drops below 60% of the standard value within the warranty period, the battery is considered defective. Contact us promptly. After the warranty period expires, capacity reduction below 60% of the standard value is considered normal wear and tear and is not covered under warranty.
7. The battery has a lifespan of 400 charge/discharge cycles or 3 years.
8. Batteries used beyond their warranty period should be submitted to our professional maintenance personnel for a comprehensive inspection. They may only be used again after confirming no safety hazards exist.
9. The electrolyte inside the battery is a highly corrosive acid solution. Avoid splashing it onto skin or clothing. If contact occurs with skin or eyes, immediately rinse with copious amounts of water. Seek medical attention for severe cases.
9. Dispose of end-of-life batteries through authorized recycling stations (retailers). Do not discard them indiscriminately.
